How I work

The initial phase of a project is a discussion where we define goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The goals give the direction that will guide all future initiatives. On the other hand, the KPIs help us assess the performance of each initiative on a daily basis. Both should be simple and easy to understand by all stakeholders.

From this discussion, we should be able to answer two questions:

  • Why do we want to implement marketing initiatives ?
  • How do we measure success ? 

The purpose of the audit is to highlight how each current marketing action performs. How much time and effort do we invest in each initiative ? How much return do we measure from each one ? 

Based on the answers, the list of required actions to reach the predefined goals can be set. All actions are prioritized into a roadmap.

There is no one size fits all in marketing. All plans are different and specifically adapted to the need of your business and target audience.

Here comes the step where you can sit back and relax while I implement the actions defined previously. Following the agreed roadmap, I setup, write, optimize, design, analyze and everything while you watch your goals gets closer.

Depending on the scale of the action plan, I can also act as the main point of contact between you and the agency that handles the heavy lifting.

The last step is about becoming more efficient and growing further. What can we learn from the actions that were implemented that could be used to make them better ?

 
To make that happen we need actionable conclusions. I bring them by translating figures and complex tables into insights that are easy to understand by all stakeholders.
