Co-Homing, a Belgian company providing rental rooms in shared houses in Brussels, launched in 2019 with the goal of becoming a leading player in the capital. In 2021, they reached out to me for support in developing their online acquisition strategy to maintain an occupancy rate above 90% throughout their growth.

To achieve this objective, I implemented a multi-faceted digital marketing strategy, including:

  • Website Redesign Oversight: Followed up on the complete redesign of the Co-Homing website to ensure it was user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
  • Google Ads Campaigns: Set up and managed targeted Google Ads campaigns to capture potential tenants searching for coliving options in Brussels.
  • Facebook Ads Remarketing Campaigns: Launched and optimized Facebook Ads remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who had previously interacted with the Co-Homing website.
  • SEO Improvements: Conducted a thorough SEO audit and implemented on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive more organic traffic.
